All Indonesia card is a new platform created by Indonesian government to provide smoother visitor experience by integrating immigration, customs, health & quarantine declaration services in one platform. By having one platform, it will fasten the checking process upon arrival in Indonesia.
The system began being used from September 1, 2025 at major international airports: e.g., Soekarno‑Hatta International Airport (Jakarta), I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) and Juanda International Airport (Surabaya) plus several seaports in Batam. From October 1, 2025, the requirement is extended to all international airports, seaports and entry points across Indonesia.
Everyone (foreigners and Indonesian citizens) traveling into Indonesian territory needs to complete the online form by accessing through the link or downloading All Indonesia application to your mobile phone (Play store & App store). For your convenience, you may choose your preferred language whether it is English or Indonesian before filling the form. If you are not travelling alone, such as with a group or with family, it is mandatory to make sure that everyone’s data is registered in the form including the kids & babies.
It is advised that you complete the online form at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival in Indonesia. In case you forget to do so, it is still possible to fill the form on your arrival day however it is not recommended as it will take much more time for the checking process with immigration. Therefore, if you would like to save your time and use your time efficiently for your holiday, it is better to fill in the form earlier and have the QR code ready to check in.

Important note: All Indonesia arrival card is NOT equal to visa for entering Indonesia. You need to check what type of visa you need according to your purpose of visit to Indonesia. Also check if your country is included in the visa free entry list or visa on arrival list. In case you need further information regarding this you can check the link
